24 Hour Care Services

Bluebird Care provides individual, responsive and flexible long or short term in-home attendant care to people rehabilitating after an injury or illness or experiencing disability. Our nurses can develop a tailored care plan that is just right for you.

Our aim is to improve your quality of life, so you get more out of life – 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Independent living care

Independent living care allows the freedom to live life safely, comfortably and independently in your own home. We can provide a little care up to as many hours as you like.

Our staff can assist you with:

Cooking, cleaning, shopping and domestic assistance
Personal care – showering, dressing, shaving, oral care and skin management
Continence management
Medication management
Attending appointments and accessing your community

In-home respite care

We can support you to stay at home by providing nursing staff to come and stay with you for short periods of time.

During this time, our friendly staff can help you to:

Build your independence within your home
Develop independent living skills
Actively participate in the development of your individual plan to build skills and manage your own needs
Participate and connect with others within your community

Attendant care

Our Attendant Care program provides personal assistance support to people with a physical disability or injury to live as independently as possible. We support participants on an interim basis to aid recovery or a more permanent basis in the event of long term injury.

The program is designed to support individuals to:

Maintain independence in your own home and the community
Maintain your health care needs
Maintain family and social networks
